Round Image Corners — Rounded Corners (Transparent PNG)
Round the corners of your images online: adjustable radius, transparent corners export as PNG, or fill with a color to keep the format. For rounded avatars, cards, app icons. Works on desktop, tablet & mobile — batch, local, no upload.
Rounding corners trims the four square corners of an image into smooth arcs. This tool uses Canvas corner clipping with a radius adjustable as a percentage of the short edge — at 50% a square image becomes a circle (great for round avatars). The area outside the rounded corners can stay transparent (exported as PNG to keep the alpha channel) or be filled with a solid color (keeping formats like JPG). Common for rounded avatars, cards, UI icons and product images. Processing runs entirely in your browser — no upload.

Rounded Corners FAQ
The area outside the rounded corners is transparent, and JPG has no transparency (it would show black corners), so transparent corners auto-export as PNG. To keep JPG, choose a solid color for the corner fill.
Set the radius to 50% and a square image becomes a circle; for non-square images, crop to 1:1 first with Crop or Fit to Ratio, then round.
