Welcome to widantoo (widantoo.com). These Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") govern your use of this site and its image conversion, processing tools, and content pages. The operator is the widantoo team.
2Acceptance
Before your first use or first conversion, you must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy by actively clicking to confirm (clickwrap; pre-checked boxes are not used). By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (see Section 15 for details).
3Service Description and Changes
This site is provided free of charge and requires no registration. We may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service at any time, and we do not guarantee that the service will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
4Acceptable Use / Prohibited Conduct
- You may not process images that are unlawful, infringing, or that you are not authorized to process;
- You may not abuse, scrape, attack, or interfere with this site through automated means;
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code;
- You may not circumvent or undermine the technical restrictions and security measures of this site.
5Intellectual PropertyKey clause
The page content, articles, tools, and brand identifiers of this site are owned by the operator or the respective rights holders. Images you process locally remain your property; the operator makes no claim to them and will not obtain or store them.
6Responsibility for User-Processed Content
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold the legal rights to the images you process and that your processing does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. Any liability arising from the content you process is your responsibility.
7DisclaimerKey clause
The services of this site are provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of being lossless, error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Risks of image quality loss, data loss, or file corruption resulting from format conversion are borne by you; please back up important files on your own.
8Limitation of LiabilityKey clause
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This clause is prominently disclosed to you as an important term. Under mainland China law, this clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9Indemnification
You shall, to the extent permitted by law, indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of this site, or infringement of any third party's rights.
10Termination
This site has no account system; ceasing to use the site and clearing your local data constitutes termination of use, with no account deletion process required. We may also restrict or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
11Right to Modify and Notice
We may update these Terms. Updates will be published on this page with the effective date indicated. Material changes will be communicated prominently, and renewed consent will be obtained from you via a new clickwrap.
12Dispute Resolution and Governing LawKey clause
These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. Disputes involving visitors from the EU or the United States shall also be handled in accordance with the mandatory provisions of their respective local laws.
13General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect (severability). These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
